For any changes or modifications, contact our office at 876-347-4213 at least one day (24 hours) prior to your arrival / reservation date.
There is no cancellation fee if cancelled one day (24) hours before the date of the tour. Please call us at 876-347-4213 or email us at reservations@etourscaribbean.com to reschedule or cancel your tour.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled tour time incur a 100% penalty.
If your cruise ship cannot dock due to inclement weather, your ticket is 100% refundable. We will automatically cancel the ticket and refund your money.
If the date of your ticket has passed, no refunds will be given.
Cancellations on the day of arrival will not be refunded.
